Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment process Hiring resources from mid level to Senior Level for C2H hiring Extensive experience in full cycle recruiting gathering requirements from the team sourcing screening interviewing verifying references and retaining of the candidates End to end recruitment mid level to senior level for C2H hiring across India Geography Ensure authenticity of candidates before submitting the resume to the Lead Sanity checks of resume in order to ensure that required skill sets are present in the projects done by candidates Team determine culture and best candidate match liaison throughout the entire hiring process very good written and oral communication at least 1 yrs in contract staffing business work on self decides targets lead and guide recruiters 1 Technical and fundamental and industry experience 2 comm and client management 3 Right attitude
