Job Description
We are searching for a well-organized, qualified, and committed candidate to join our excellent faculty as a French Teacher (Grades VI to X) for the Academic Year 2026-26. He/She will be responsible to prepare and implement a full educational teaching plan according to the school’s requirements. He/She must know how to organize a class and make learning an easy and meaningful process. The goal is to help cultivate the students’ interest in education and be their dedicated ally in the entire process of learning and development.
Skill Requirements:
Proven experience as a teacher with minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience with a school affiliated to the CISCE and teaching high school
Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and educational guidelines partnered with a willingness to follow the school policies and procedures.
Proficient in the subject(s) he/she will be teaching.
Improve skills and knowledge in teaching by regularly taking classes, attending workshops, and discovering new methods of delivering exciting content to students.
Taking responsibility for the progress of a class.
Organizing the classroom and learning resources and creating displays to encourage a positive learning environment.
Planning, preparing, and presenting differentiated lessons that cater the needs of the whole ability range within their class.
Motivating students with enthusiastic, imaginative class activities.
Preparing, marking, and providing feedback to facilitate positive student development.
Meeting requirements for the assessment. Records, evaluates and reports student’s development.
Providing feedback to parents on a student's progress.
Working collaboratively with others to plan and coordinate work.
Organizing and taking part for school events, outings and activities.
Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
Post - Graduation in chosen subject and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education.
A passion for learning and sharing your knowledge with others.
Excellent communicator and should possess good interpersonal skills.
Creative and able to create a fun learning environment.
Good classroom management.
Upstanding ethics and integrity.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor or Master’s degree in French Language / Literature or related field.
Certification: DELF/DALF certification
