Calling potential customers / clients in international market and providing them with product information
- Collecting market information to analyse trends and identify business opportunities from the target international market
- Generate and qualify leads as necessary to fill the sales pipeline
- Should have strong internet research skills and a clear understanding of market research basics
- Remain knowledgeable about all organizations products and services to facilitate sales efforts
- Utilise leads lists and initiate outbound communication with qualified leads
- Manage social media forums to generate interest and monitor activity
- Research on client needs, business trends, competition, and market dynamics
- Offer the company products in the most presentable manner and educate prospective clients about the products portfolio
- Reviewing clients feedback and implementing necessary changes
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Co-ordinating on timely basis with production department and monitoring dispatched
- Travel internationally to develop a new markets while enhancing the existing ones
- Expand our international business
