We are looking for a Fresher Account & Tally Executive in Jaipur to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles, proficiency in Tally and MS Excel, and a willingness to learn. This role involves handling daily accounting tasks, stock reconciliation, and assisting in financial reporting.
Location: Jaipur Rajasthan
Salary Range: 11,000 to 13400/M
Job Type: Full-Time
Education: Minimum B.Com Degree or Graduation in Relevant to Accounting Field

Key Responsibilities of Account & Tally Executive in Jaipur
• Accounting work:
• Booking of purchase invoices and sales bills in the system.
• Daily stock reconciliation.
• Booking direct expenses related to trading activities.
• Posting entries in Tally, including inventories for purchase and sales.
• Ledger posting, Profit & Loss (P&L), and Balance Sheet (B/L) preparation.
• Statutory Compliance:
• Working on GST and TDS-related entries.
• Providing accurate data for filing statutory returns (TDS/PF/ESIC/PT).
• Assisting in periodic account closures (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly).
• Banking Operations:
• Managing cheques, NEFT, RTGS, and foreign remittance transactions.
