Job Description
We are looking for a smart, polite, and responsible female assistant to work as a Front Desk Executive and Telecaller at Ghori Fashion Designer – Fashion Institute & Boutique. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and should have good communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries related to courses, services, and boutique offerings.
Make outgoing calls to potential students, customers, and leads as needed.
Sit at the reception counter, greet and attend to walk-in visitors politely and professionally.
Explain the institute's courses, batches, and services to interested students or clients.
Maintain student and customer records, attendance, and inquiry logs.
Assist the owner in daily office tasks, scheduling, and documentation as required.
Provide support to mentors and students during class timings or events.
Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle small administrative duties and help with coordination.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Good spoken communication in Hindi and basic English.
Friendly, respectful, and professional attitude.
Basic knowledge of using a mobile phone, WhatsApp, and simple record-keeping.
Willing to learn and take initiative.
Punctual and reliable in daily duties.
Preferred Qualities:
Prior experience in front desk, calling, or receptionist work is a plus.
Interest in fashion or working in a creative environment is appreciated.
