Full Job Description:
- Attend incoming calls and co-ordinate with other departments for transferring calls to relevant departments.
- Record entry and exit of persons from office via ID card and other means.
- Arrange distribution of documents received at the reception to concerned departments.
- Maintain a record of outsiders coming to the office along with their purpose.
- Perform other tasks related to front office as required.
Desired Profile:
- Good inter-personal skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Multi-tasking ability will be an added advantage.
- Excellent basic computer skills, like MS-Word and MS-Excel

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
