Customer Service and Interaction
· Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
· Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel
· Address visitor and employee inquiries promptly and efficiently
· Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Administrative Duties
· Manage appointment schedules, meeting rooms, and calendars.
· Maintain accurate visitor logs and records
· Distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
· Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
· Create estimates to be sent to designers / BD associate to further send to client
· Everyday cash closing with cashier and store manager
Technical Proficiency
· Use office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) for various tasks
· Operate office equipment like printers, copiers, and telephones
· Familiarity with scheduling and reservation systems
· Estimate making + print + digital
Organizational Skills
· Multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
· Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
· Ensure that all necessary supplies are stocked and readily available
· Stationary supplies distribution to all team members
Professionalism and Confidentiality
· Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor.
· Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
· Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Other Requirements:
· Graduation in any field.
· Proven experience as a front desk representative or relevant position in a design organization
· Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer, etc.).
