Job Role
1. Organizing and scheduling appointments for doctors
2. Answering incoming calls & responding to messages
3. Making Follow-up Calls
4. Explaining to the client about the services & responding to requests for information
5. Maintaining the records digitally as well as manually
6. Maintaining communication between doctors and patients
7. Manage the new patient contact list for booking appointments
8. Prepare patient spreadsheets and keep online records
+. Organize doctors’ calendars
Desired Skills
- Good communication in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Knowledge of MS word & Excel - Telecommunication & Other Computer Skills (ERP Systems and CRM Systems)
- Good Two way coordination between parents’ and doctors
