Job Description
The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily operations of the front office at a hearing aid clinic. This role includes greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling patient records, and ensuring a smooth workflow for the clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Reception:
Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
Check patients in and out for appointments.
Provide information about the clinic’s services and answer general inquiries.
2. Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule and confirm patient appointments via phone, email, and in-person.
Coordinate with audiologists to manage their calendars effectively.
Handle rescheduling and cancellations as needed.
3. Administrative Tasks:
Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Process patient forms, including insurance and consent documents.
Manage the front office, keeping it organized and presentable.
4. Billing and Insurance:
Assist with billing and coding for services rendered.
Process payments and manage the daily cash register.
5. Customer Service:
Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel.
Follow up with patients post-appointment to ensure satisfaction.
Manage patient reminders and recall systems.
6. Communication:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls promptly and professionally.
Manage email correspondence with patients and vendors.
Coordinate with other staff members to ensure seamless clinic operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
