Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to join our corporate office at Churchgate. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:


Greet visitors, clients, and employees as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.


Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals in a timely and professional manner.


Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area.


Manage visitor access and security protocols, ensuring all guests are registered and escorted when necessary.


Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms for internal staff and external visitors.


Handle incoming mail and packages and distribute them appropriately.


Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and office supplies inventory management.


Ensure the office environment is tidy, comfortable, and conducive to a professional atmosphere.


Collaborate with various departments to assist with special projects and other office-related duties.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).


Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.


Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.


Professional appearance and demeanor.


Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.


Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.

• Experience:


Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer-facing role, preferably in a corporate or professional environment.


Experience in handling phone systems, managing appointments, and providing administrative support is a plus.

Monday to Friday, +:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible based on business needs).
