We are actively hiring Female Receptionist in Udaipur with basic understanding about front desk client handling job and answering queries of walk-in customers at the RJ office.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional front desk customer service by answering inquiries and obtaining information from the visitors and other interested parties. Maintains telecommunications system and office supplies job at Udaipur the desk.

Location: Udaipur Rajasthan

Working hours: +AM – 6PM – Monday to Saturday
Basic needs to hire Receptionist in Udaipur:
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Must possess, as a minimum, a high-school diploma or its equivalent degree (12th pass can apply)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to multi-task under pressure
• Professional appearance
• Ability to be resourceful, tactful, and proactive in dealing with any issues that may arise
Responsibilities as Receptionist Job for female in Udaipur:
• Firstly, Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Preparing meeting and training rooms.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• At end, Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
