Hello,
Welcome to Educonnect Overseas. We are into Student visas located in Ahmedabad and around the globe.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet clients and provide them with superb customer service.
Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
Monitor, organize and forward emails.
Track and order office equipment and supplies.
Maintain records and files.
Oversee some aspect of the account.
Assist Students throughout their, Discover, Compare, Connect and Apply journey and until
they commence their course.
Participate in status meetings and functions as well as liaise with other Educonnect
department and team members as required.
Report to Country Manager Ahmedabad.
Continue enhance Knowledge of Test Preparation, Australian education systems and
enrolment processes
Develop rapport and trust to cultivate ongoing professional relationships
Ability to focus, self-manage and time manage
Enhance the learning and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹+,000.00 - ₹24,2+0.78 per month
