We are currently seeking passionate and enthusiastic people at the Twin Towers Inn to join our friendly Front Desk Team around St Leonards area.
Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for:
Providing friendly customer service in a professional way
Excellent English speaking and communication skills
Assisting guests with accommodation enquiries
Confidence in dealing with complaints
Flexibility to work shift, weekends and public holidays
Previous service experience is preferred but not essential. Please send a message for application.
