Job Description
1) Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
2) Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have.
3) Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
4) Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
5) Maintain the general office filing system.
6) Tele calling to the customer /fix client meeting & maintain Excel sheet for the same.
7) Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive (Staff members).
Qualifications for Receptionist
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in an office environment
• office Timings: +:00 am to 5:30 pm
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong phone skills
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English, Hindi & Punjabi
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Punctual with strong attendance history Salary Budget +,000 to 11,000 with extra benefits (PF/ESI/Bonus/Paid leaves etc.)
