We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Front of House All Rounder in January 2026.
Our Shop is located right above North Sydney train station and specialise in quality Japanese food and matcha drinks. We take pride in our work and have high standards for product quality control and customer experience.
Shifts availability:
Monday to Friday 9:30am - 2:30pm (4-5 hours per day)
Skills and qualifications:
Warm, welcoming and friendly nature
Fluent English and clear communication skills
Good personal hygiene and grooming standards
Punctual and responsible
Professional customer service experience (minimum 1 year)
Flexibility and ability to work in a team
Resilience and ability to work under pressure
Beverage making experience (preferred but not required)
Duties and responsibilities:
Provide warm and professional customer service
Understand all products and answer customer questions/make recommendations
Use Square POS system and handling payments
Display goods for sale, maintain shop clean and tidy, cleaning drink prep area, garbage disposal
Manage customer wait time
Work efficiently with other team members to ensure smooth operation. Help with drink/food prep when required
Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
