Front of House (FOH) Manager
Job Description
“We are seeking a dynamic restaurant manager to lead our team, and to ensure a positive dining experience for both our guest and team.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing all aspects of daily operation management
Managing staff, hiring, training, scheduling and performance management
Quality control, inventory management, ordering supplies and building relationship with suppliers.
Financial management (Driving revenue, forecasting labour/inventory)
Implementation staff incentives and standards
. Customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction. resolving customer complaints and building positive relationships
Accomplishes restaurant and bar human resource objectives by, recruiting, scheduling, training, coaching and counselling
These tasks must be preformed and met by Boston Pizza standards of quality & control

Leads by example and works "Shoulder to Shoulder" with team members and coaches in the moment

3 + years of working in the restaurant industry previous management experience would be an asset.

Salary;
. 60-80K depending on experience. Includes a bonus structure which is paid out semi annually
