The San Telmo Group began in 2011 with the opening of San Telmo and has since grown into a group of five venues across Melbourne: San Telmo, Palermo, Asado, Pastuso and Robata. Each restaurant has its own identity, but all are united by a passion for great hospitality, quality produce and cooking over fire.
San Telmo is looking for experienced Section Waiters who love hospo and are keen to be part of one of Melbourne's most iconic restaurant Groups!
What you'll do
Lead your section during service and support the team during busy shifts
Confidently sell food and beverage, sharing product knowledge and guiding guests through the menu
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle feedback professionally
Maintain high service standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Skills and Experiences:

A genuine passion for food and beverage
Proven ability to confidently service busy sections
Calm and effective problem-solving under pressure
