Full job description
About the role:
Represent Charcoal & Crisp as the first point of contact—welcoming guests, taking orders, managing reservations (lunch & dinner service from 11am–9 pm, Tue–Sun), and delivering top-tier customer experience.
Key duties:
Greet customers, present menus, and take orders.
Coordinate reservations & manage walk-ins.
Serve food and drinks with accuracy and warmth.
Handle payments.
Assist with bussing, table setup, cleaning.
Maintain POS accuracy and cash handling.
Requirements:
Prior FOH experience with POS familiarity. (Optional)
Customer-service excellence in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
