Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for Filipino cuisine, and the ability to create a welcoming dining experience. You will play a vital role in managing customer interactions, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a positive atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide menus, ensuring they feel welcomed from the moment they arrive.
- Take and manage customer orders accurately, including food and beverage selections.
- Prepare and serve a variety of traditional Filipino drinks and coffee, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and respond to special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy service times.
- Uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Promote daily specials and menu items to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service standards and team dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
- Familiarity with Filipino cuisine is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and drink mixing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
