Holly’s is an Italian-inspired wine bar and restaurant, bringing together our favourite elements of food, wine and hospitality from Melbourne and across Italy into a warm, relaxed dining space
We’re on the lookout for experienced waitstaff who have a genuine passion for wine and hospitality. This role is suited to someone who enjoys creating a great guest experience, has strong product knowledge, and thrives in a fast-paced but polished environment.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a restaurant or wine bar (table service essential)
Solid understanding of wine - varietals, regions and food pairings
Confidence in guiding guests through a menu and making recommendations
Strong communication skills and a warm, engaging presence on the floor
A team-first attitude with attention to detail
Ability to stay composed and professional during busy service periods
What you’ll be doing:
Delivering attentive, knowledgeable table service
Assisting guests with wine selection and food pairings
Maintaining a clean and organised section
Working closely with the bar and kitchen to ensure smooth service
Contributing to the overall atmosphere and guest experience at Holly’s

Pay: $24.95 – $45.14 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
Experience:
Bartending: 1 year (Required)
Wine: 1 year (Preferred)
