Job Description
Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process, Assisting with monthly payroll , Preparing job offer, Taking responsibility for all leave and attendance records, Inducting new staff and overseeing probationary periods. Qualified candidates must have verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor. Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the Institution operations. Working knowledge in MS Office is mandatory, Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Educational Qualification: UG / PG
Relevant Qualification : ERP (Software), Tally ERP +, Typing (Tamil & English)
Experience : Minimum 3 Years of experience in Schools Preferred.
