Housed within the iconic West Olympia Theatre, the hotel features 10+ rooms, multiple dining spaces including The Palomar restaurant, Jacob the Angel café, and Monica, the roof-top bar. A new era awaits at 25hours Hotel The Olympia which will shape and transform the local hospitality scene, welcoming a vibrant and diverse team, bringing its vision to life.

COME AS YOU ARE & SHOW HOW YOU CARE …
From check-in to “see you again,” our Front Office team will ensure guests are happy from their first moment till their last. As the Front Office Agent, you have presence that doesn’t go unnoticed and love creating special moments for guests. Be passionate, be quirky, and model the service that 25hours is know to deliver in their cities.
What does your workday look like …
Come as you are and always have fun with each other every day;
Welcome guests and make sure they’re not just contented, but enthusiastic;
Always keep your cool – even when guests turn up to check in at the same time;
Handle credit cards, cash, and company accounts with care;
Assist with preparation and communication of group check ins;
Operate the telephones from internal to external requests;
Securely store and deliver guest luggage;
Deliver items of request to guest rooms at top speed.
Qualifications
We are looking for you – with personality and that certain something …
You’ve completed a course of training in the hotel business, gained some management experience and can speak English fluently;
You can inspire your team just as you can inspire your guests. On top of this, you know your way around town and always have tips for partying up your sleeve;
You’re a doer – and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it;
You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character.
