Job Description
The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for walk-in customers at the branch. This role involves handling queries related to new loan applications, loan closures, settlements, EMI payments, and coordinating with DSAs (Direct Selling Agents). The executive ensures smooth customer experience and supports basic operational and documentation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers courteously and professionally.
Provide information and support to customers seeking new loans, including explaining basic eligibility and documentation requirements.
Collect and verify documents for new loan applications and pass them to the processing team.
Assist customers with EMI payments and provide receipts.
Handle requests related to loan closures, pre-closures, and settlement enquiries.
Coordinate with the accounts team to confirm outstanding amounts and generate closure letters.
Maintain and update loan-related registers, walk-in logs, and daily reports.
Communicate and follow up with DSAs regarding file status, documentation gaps, and application updates.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of customer forms and service requests.
Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department or manager.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
