Job Description
Direct visits to the appropriate person or department notify the concerned individual about the visitors arrival.
Answering phone calls prompty and professionally and direct them to the appropriate individual.
Receive and sort incoming letter,mail packages and delivers and distribute them to the appropriate individuals.
Manage outgoing postage and package. Assist in schedule appointment,meeting and interviews.
Provide excellent customer services by prompty addressing visitors need and concerns.
Act as a liason between visitors and internal staff,ensuring effectives Communication and problem resolution.
Monitor and maintain visitor,contractor,interview candidate visit note book, Incoming and Outgoing notebook.
Under Graduation Candidates are Welcomed (B.A., B. Sc, B. Com, B.B.A)
