•Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
•Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
•Receiving and sorting daily mail
•Taking care of Office administration too.
•Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•Direct persons to correct destination, tidy and maintain the reception area & monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
•Properly performs the duties as assigned from time to time.
