Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Ofce Executive to manage day-to-day administrative
and front desk operations efciently. The ideal candidate will act as the rst point of contact for clients and
visitors, ensure smooth coordination of ofce activities, and support the team in handling various
operational tasks.
What will your day look like:
Manage EPABX (Electronic Private Automatic Branch Exchange) operations.
Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally.
Train new security personnel on EPABX system usage.
Handle conference room bookings for senior management.
Arrange coffee/tea for meetings as required.
Coordinate client visits effectively.
Oversee biometric registration and issue access/ID cards for new joiners.
Manage inward/outward couriers efciently.
Maintain daily stock inventory and prepare MIS reports
