We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Front Office Executive. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure smooth coordination of administrative activities within the company. Key duties include greeting clients and visitors, managing housekeeping services, scheduling and blocking conference and meeting rooms, handling courier services, and providing comprehensive administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including handling couriers and deliveries.
Coordinate housekeeping services to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the office.
Schedule and block conference and meeting rooms as per requirements.
Assist in arranging travel and accommodation for staff when necessary.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Handle inquiries and provide information to clients, visitors, and staff as required.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes.
Assist in organizing company events and functions as needed.
