Description
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees as they arrive at the office.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Provide accurate information in person and via phone/email.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with all necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).
• Manage visitor logbooks and issue visitor badges.
• Notify employees of visitor arrivals.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
• Order and manage office supplies inventory.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Maintain and update office records, logs, and databases.
• Prepare and maintain attendance, visitor logs, and other relevant records.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth administrative operations.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new employees by coordinating with HR and providing necessary information.
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
• Support the organization in events and meetings, including preparation and coordination.
• Should have the experience of working in the school
