Job Description:
Handling visitors to the office. Greeting& welcoming them, arranging meetings with them etc.
Efficient handling of phone calls.Politeness in answering calls, screening calls as per guidelines.
Fixing & managing appointments, updating appointment calendars, schedule meetings.
Maintaining telephone directory by updating contact details from all incoming & outgoing calls.
Maintaining office telephone directory
Telephonic follow - up of various tasks.
Assisting Travel Desk in ticket-bookings, hotel bookings, VISA, travel insurance etc.
Overseeing the stay arrangement of company guests.
Assisting HR in recruitment, calling& other related activities.
Maintaining attendance register, in& out time of employees.
Responsible for ensuring AccessControl (Visitor Log Book, Issue visitor badges etc.)
Scanning documents, photocopying, filing.Maintaining database & records.
Receive and sort dailymail / deliveries / couriers & entering details in Goods / Documents traking s / w.
Other administrative support tasks as delegated from time to time
