Established in Dec 2007 a well known Group of 18 Companies working in RETAIL, PHARMA, FMCG, Microfinance, Credit Cooperative, Real Estate, Insurance etc. & our headquartered in Lucknow, and today working in Pan India and has a network of more than 120+ offices and more than 1500 employees across India.
• Candidate Gender:- Female (Married candidates will prefer)
• Work Experience : min 6 months of Front Office / Reception
• Qualification:- Any Graduate
Job Profile :
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook).
• Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper netiquettes and maintaining records for them and direct calls to the concerned person / extension.
Key Skills:- MS Office, MS Excel, Pleasant Personality & Voice
• Location:- Alambagh, Lucknow (आलमबाग,लखनऊ के निकट 2-5 कीमी० में रहने वाली आवेदिकाओं को वरीयता दी जायगी)
• Salary:- Rs 10,000 – 14,000/- per month (negotiable)
