Salary and Benefits
Our competitive salary is paid in line with the Hospitality Industry General Award 2020, including penalty rates and superannuation. Daily meals are provided on shift, and free car parking is available.
Job Responsibilities
As the Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Supervising front office and reservations daily operations
Ensuring effective management of guest arrivals and departures
Maintaining accurate room allocations and check-in/check-out processes
Providing ongoing support to all areas of the resort during peak times
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently and articulately
Calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
Experience in the hotel industry, particularly in supervisory roles
Strong background in front office procedures and Opera PMS
Flexibility with varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
