Our high-growth organization is seeking Bilingual Project Support, Performance Excellence to join our dynamic team on behalf of our client. This is a full-time contractual role from June 1st 2025 to December 31st 2025. The candidate may be located remotely located in Montreal, QC, or Toronto, ON.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The role of Project Support, Performance Excellence provides general administrative project support to the team as required to meet program objectives. The role will provide support on projects of varying complexity related to PSP, audit, vendor relations and business operations to ensure their timely and successful implementation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and be detail oriented. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders at both local and global levels, as well as external vendors.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide special project support to the PSP team.
Work across multiple projects that are part of the department initiatives.
The role will require excellent communication and organizational skills and will involve liaising at different levels internally and potentially externally.
This role will be responsible for providing all the necessary project specific and administrative support to the Performance Excellence Managers and Lead.
Assist Project Managers and help enable them to effectively deliver the projects on time, within budget and within scope, meeting the needs of the organization.
Fulfil other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingualism, oral and written required in English and French.
Project management experience preferred.
Experience using project management tools such as SmartSheet and CoPilot preferred.

Ability to work in a cross-functional team
Computer skills, understanding of multiple software applications (Word/Excel)
Ability to respond diplomatically and professionally to internal/external clients
Discretion, maturity, flexibility, sound judgement skills are essential
Ability to manage deadlines
Strong communication skills both oral and written
WORKING CONDITIONS/ JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must possess mobility to work in an office environment and use standard office equipment, including a computer (finite movements such as typing), telephoning and other office functions.
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
Requires mental stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, and vision to read printed materials and a computer screen.
Must be open to occasionally travel to our client's offices in either Montreal, QC, or Toronto, ON.
