Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at imagogetter located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures. They will collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives.
QualificationsExtensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and proceduresExperience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboardingStrong understanding of employment laws and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationProven experience in employee relations and performance managementAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProfessional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) is a plus
