o Monday to Sunday 4:00am to 2:00pm
To be successful for this role, a forklift licence will be required and experience driving high-reach forklifts will be highly regarded
About this work area
As a Fulfilment Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
Handing out Click & Collect orders, organising delivery and solving any order issues customers may have such as Delivery fails.
Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required such as click and collect handouts.
