Job Title: Founding Engineering Team Member (Full Stack Developer)

As we scale, we are looking for a Founding Engineering Team Member (Full Stack Developer) to join us in building the foundation of this transformative technology.
As one of the first engineers at QuanSys AI, you’ll play a crucial role in defining the architecture, designing the user experience, and shaping the core platform that businesses will rely on to automate their customer support. You will be working on both the front and back end, collaborating closely with the founding team to bring this vision to life.
What You'll Do:
Full-Stack Development:
• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications that enable AI-driven customer support.
• Develop front-end interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and adaptable to a range of customer needs.
• Build robust, scalable back-end systems to manage AI models, real-time data processing, and seamless client integration.
API & Integration Development:
• Develop APIs to connect the AI platform with CRMs, voice platforms, and third-party tools.
• Ensure smooth integration with customer systems, enabling efficient data flow and communication.
Database Architecture:
• Design and manage scalable, high-performance databases to support high volumes of customer interactions and store AI-generated insights.
Performance Optimization:
• Optimize both the front-end and back-end for speed, performance, and scalability, ensuring the platform can handle growing customer demand.
Collaboration & Team Building:
• Work closely with AI engineers, product teams, and the founding members to deliver the best possible product.
• As one of the first engineers, you will help establish a strong engineering culture, and mentor future team members as the team expands.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience as a full-stack developer, building and deploying web applications.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Experience with back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Flask.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience designing and integrating them into complex systems.
• Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, including AWS, GCP, or Azure, for deploying and scaling web applications.
• Understanding of security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption.
• A startup mindset—hands-on, adaptable, and eager to take on new challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for developing world-class products.
Nice to Have:
• Experience working in early-stage startups or fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and integrating them into web applications.
• Understanding of multilingual web applications or experience with regional languages, especially Hindi.
• Experience with real-time communication platforms and voice API integration.
