Job Duties:
INSPYR Solutions, LLC in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to optimize website performance, scalability, and server-side code and processes.
Job responsibilities and duties include:
• Serve as a team member with the IS&T Point of Sale (POS) Engineering team.
• Build, maintain, and enhance backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot to support web-based applications.
• Contribute to the development of functional requirements and provide technical expertise for both Web and Server-side API Development.
• Assist with driving the scalability for our customer's POS team.
• Implement dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, enhance, and support scalable web-based applications that meet business and user needs.
• Participate in the architecture and design of new features and enhancements, focusing on scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with Backend Developers to integrate frontend React components with Java Spring Boot services, ensuring efficient data flow and functionality.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code. Enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Write unit and integration tests to validate the functionality and stability of both frontend (React) and backend (Java/Spring Boot) components.
• Work closely with Product Managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize the performance and security of web applications by identifying bottlenecks and potential vulnerabilities and addressing them proactively.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for both backend and frontend systems, ensuring timely resolution of any issues in the production environment.
This position has no direct reports and does not supervise any other personnel.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer and Information Technology, Computer Science, any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained. Employer will accept a foreign degree.
Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following:
1. Three years of backend development with Java and Java Enterprise technology applications, architecture, design, development and support with Spring boot framework
2. Three years of frontend development with React experience building web-based applications
No Travel. Work from home (WFH) is allowed 1-2 times per week. Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the U.S.which may require relocation at the end of each project.

• Salary: $102,544
• No Travel. Work from home (WFH) is allowed 1-2 times per week. Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the U.S.
