Roles and Responsibilities :
• Managing doubt-clearing sessions, ensuring students derive maximum output out of the live classes, quizzes and tests
• Design and provide technical feedback to all students; help poor performers improve their performance
• Audit the live classes and content and provide feedback to the content team about the pre-reads material etc.
• Provide guidance to the students to ensure maximum students succeed in achieving the objectives of the courses.
• Evaluate the assignments submitted by the learners and provide feedback.
• Review class content, test papers etc. to ensure content quality and veracity.
• Clear learner doubts and maintain a comprehensive doubt repository
Requirement :
• Proficiency in JavaScript is a MUST
• Proficiency in Node.js & React
• Interest in teaching and assessing.
• One year experience in the field of Backend Development is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior Experience in teaching or as a teaching assistant in a Backend Development course is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication & presentation skills, both verbal and written
