ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a full-time, on-site role for an early-career Full-Stack Mobile Engineer based in Delhi NCR. You’ll work closely with the founding team to build and ship mobile-first consumer AI applications end-to-end — from prototype to production.

This role is ideal for someone who has already built and shipped projects independently (personal apps count), is strong in Flutter or React Native, and can build and deploy backend APIs using Firebase and modern serverless tools.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build and ship mobile applications using Flutter OR React Native (compulsory)

• Use Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Functions, Analytics, etc.) as a core platform (compulsory)

• Design, build, and deploy backend APIs / serverless functions + work with databases (compulsory)

• Integrate AI features using modern LLM / multimodal APIs and AI tooling

• Optimize performance, reliability, and user experience across devices

• Work directly with founders on product decisions and rapid iteration

• Ship weekly experiments and improvements based on user feedback

REQUIRED (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

✅ Flutter OR React Native experience (strong)

✅ Firebase hands-on experience (you’ve shipped something real with it)

✅ Ability to build and deploy backend APIs / serverless functions + work with databases

✅ You have shipped at least one full-stack project end-to-end (personal projects count)

✅ Strong debugging skills, execution speed, and ownership mindset

✅ Comfortable working on-site in Delhi NCR

✅ You use AI tools (ChatGPT / Cursor / Copilot, etc.) to move faster (5–10x)

NICE TO HAVE

• Play Store / App Store apps or projects with real users

• Experience with analytics, growth loops, notifications, consumer product metrics

• Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI / Anthropic / Groq / etc.)

• Mobile performance optimization experience

COMPENSATION

₹6–12 LPA (CTC), based on skill and output.

We move fast and reward high performance — compensation reset is possible after 3-6 months based on shipped output.
