Workday Time and Absence Support Specialist

Our Human Capital Technology Team provides HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters. We also provide coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. Individuals in this category act as the HR Director of record for a client group.

As a Workday Time & Absence Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance related to UKG WFM Pro to ensure the smooth operation of our workforce management system.

As a Workday Time and Absence Configurator , you will be responsible for:
• Providing technical support for UKG Pro WFM
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to UKG application.
• Assisting system configuration, upgrades and maintenance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective operation of UKG systems.
• Training end-users on the use of UKG products and features
• Designing and developed integration using Boomi AtomSphere integration platform or similar Integration Tools
• Supporting technologies that enable HR people and processes.
• Managing competing priorities considering stakeholder needs, value to the business, level of development required and ease of implementation.

To be successful in this role you will:
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Have Proven experience in supporting UKG/Kronos products.
• Have Strong knowledge of workforce management systems and best practices
• Have Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Have Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to collaborate in a matrixed organization.
• Be able to translate technical terms to real-life stories - able to communicate with both technical teams and business functional leaders.
• Have Ability to accurately collect information to understand and assess the clients’ needs and situations.
• Have Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.
• Have Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects and monitor milestone progress.
• Have minimum 2-5 years’ experience implementing or supporting enterprise software applications and hardware used in web environments (Kronos/Oracle/PeopleSoft/SAP Human Resources/Payroll/Time and Labor)
• Have 2-5 Years of experience on Kronos Timekeeper, Accruals is a must.
• Have Experience in Dell Boomi components, connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer and Transformations would be good to have.
• Have Knowledge on Rest API, SOAP framework, XML, Web service design would be good to have
