Job Role-Related Content (Role-Specific)

Expert in transition management, that includes project, team, & delivery management.

Familiar with IT processes, execution of projects, and transformation initiatives.

Plan, execute, and finalize off-shore transition & transformation of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Should be able to create detailed project plans based on the solutions defined by the service line/service owners.

This includes interfacing with relevant teams to acquire resources, either as employees or through third-party contractors or consultants, in order to deliver projects according to plan. The manager will also oversee the definition of project objectives/scope and quality parameters through its life cycle.

Should run project governance effectively, including provision of reports in defined formats, managing project meetings, and keeping data repositories updated.

Should be able to clearly document and highlight the risks foreseen & the mitigation plans.

Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Ability to proactively manage change in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

Strong written and oral communication skills. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
