Full-Time Barista
Hours: 30–40 hours per week
About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista All-Rounder to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced cafe environment, values quality and detail, and enjoys connecting with customers.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, including consistent latte art.
Deliver excellent customer service with a warm and professional approach.
Assist in daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness.
Perform prep work, including portioning, batching ingredients, and restocking to support smooth service.
Lead by example and support junior staff with training and guidance when needed.
Work independently and stay accountable while ensuring smooth cafe operations.
Maintain reliability and trustworthiness in all aspects of work.
Pay close attention to detail to uphold food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
Adapt quickly to seasonal menu changes and learn new recipes or preparation methods as needed.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of food industry experience (cafe/restaurant preferred).
Must have barista skills
Proven customer service experience with a focus on hospitality.
Strong leadership skills and ability to take initiative.
Reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and able to work unsupervised.
Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Demonstrated latte art skills and coffee-making knowledge.
High school diploma required.
Ability to adapt to seasonal menu updates and maintain consistency in new offerings.
Comfortable with prep work and following recipes or batching instructions.
Must be available to work holidays, weekdays, and weekends.
Able to work assigned shifts:
Tuesday–Thursday: 2–10 pm or 5–10 pm
Friday–Sunday: 3–11 pm or 6–11 pm
