Job Description
RECEPTIONIST/HOST - VOLVO BRADFORD - FULL TIME.
We are looking for an experienced, professional, receptionist/dealership host to work in our BRADFORD dealership on one of two front reception desks.
Monday - Friday, 42.5 hours per week. 8.00am - 5.00pm/8.30am-5.30pm alternating weeks.
You will be responsible for answering the telephone, meeting and greeting customers, light administrative duties and hosting the showroom.
As the first person the customer contacts you will create a friendly but professional first impression. You will have an outgoing personality, a very smart appearance and an excellent telephone manner. The ideal candidate will be computer literate and highly organised.
You may have previously worked in a customer facing role and will strive to deliver outstanding customer service.
Experience of Microsoft Office is required.
