A full-time HR Recruiter position is available for a skilled professional who can manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to hiring. This role requires developing and executing recruitment strategies, designing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements
- Experience in managing the full recruitment cycle
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies, policies, and procedures
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Min 1 year of Recruitment experience
- Knowledge of using LinkedIn for hiring
- Basic knowledge of HR policy making
- Good negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
