At Mortgage Broker Store, we specialize in private and alternative lending, focusing on clients who don’t qualify for traditional bank mortgages. Our expert team includes licensed mortgage agents, brokers, and private lenders, all working together to deliver solutions in a highly regulated, results-driven space.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy assistant to support our dual operations in real estate and private mortgage lending. This role requires regular communication with clients, agents, and lenders, and involves both administrative and operational support.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Licensed Mortgage Agent Level 2 (FSRAO – Ontario)
Proficient with standard software tools (Google Docs, CRMs, email, PDF editing, etc.)
Comfortable with remote work and regular video meetings
Nice-to-Haves:
Real Estate Salesperson license
Mortgage Administrator License (FSRAO)
Experience in private lending or mortgage investments
Understanding of Ontario Power of Sale procedures
Familiarity with online lead generation, CRM systems, or digital marketing
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing real estate and mortgage documentation
Maintain and update client and property files
Coordinate follow-ups and communication with clients
Manage property listings and disclosures
Conduct title searches and compliance checks
Organize and maintain digital files and databases
Optimize workflow and communication between mortgage and real estate teams
Work Schedule & Compensation
Hours: 35–40 hours per week (flexible scheduling available)
Pay: $30/hour, paid biweekly
Location: 100% Remote (Ontario residents preferred)
Meetings: Regular video calls for training, collaboration, and oversight
