Holy Family Catholic Regional Division Job Opportunities
Holy Family School - Grimshaw, Alberta Junior High Teacher
Holy Family School, located in Grimshaw, Alberta, requires a Full-Time Temporary Junior High Teacher starting August 26, 2026- March 1st, 2026.
Course assignment includes Grades 4-+ Physical Education, Health/Wellness, Grade 7 Science, and potentially other assigned duties appropriate to the candidate's skills set within the K-+ environment.
The successful candidate ideally will have training, knowledge, and experience in elementary/secondary education, an understanding of assessment for learning, and be eligible to teach in the Province of Alberta. Assets would include knowledge and understanding of inclusive education, and First Nation, Métis, and Inuit students.
The candidate will be required to support students who require individualized programs, enrichment, modifications, and/or accommodations to their learning and have proficiency in the use of educational technology. The candidate must be willing to live in a rural Catholic community environment, be a team player, and be willing to collaborate, communicate, and work with colleagues. Preference will be given to candidates of the Catholic faith.
