Job Description
A family in Miami is seeking a pair of ROTA nannies for their two children, ages 4 and 6. The schedule will be determined once the team is in place but is likely to be 10am to 8pm live-out on call when scheduled to work. Flexibility is required for the role as the family spends summers in Toronto and travels at various times throughout the year. This is a structured household and adherence to schedules, timing, and ability to provide consistency is key. No fly-in/out. Must be local to Miami.
Responsibilities:
Meal prep/cooking nutritious meals for the children
Child-related laundry and cleaning
Organizing children’s lives and spaces
Create a consistent environment for children when traveling
Sleep training children to adjust to different time zones
Pro-actively research and engage children in age-appropriate activities
Lesson planning to enhance children’s education
Collaborate with co-nanny and parents
Plan and keep a schedule and log all child-related activities and needs
Passport ready and able to travel domestically and internationally
Tutor or Educator experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license and clean record
Strong swimmer
Current on vaccinations and CPR
Able to lift heavy suitcases and navigate through airports and foreign cities
Pet friendly - No pets currently but may in the future
The family is offering a generous salary, relocation, a monthly medical stipend, bonuses and salary increases.
A background and credit check will be required for this role.
