Required
• 4 years’ bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Human Resources / D365 FinOps HR & Payroll Module in the following areas:
• HR domain knowledge of :
• Employee Life Cycle
• Recruitment process
• On Boarding
• Compensation
• Remuneration
• Secondments
• Progressions/Promotions
• Trainings
• Resignations
• Position hierarchy
• Notice periods
• Claims and Reimbursements
• Leave Management
• Leave encashments
• Timesheets
• Position management for new vacancies and fulfillment
• Knowledge of New Zealand country specific HR policies will be added advantage
• At least 1 end-to-end project experience on Dynamics 365 FinOps HR & Payroll Module implementation
• At least 4 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in multiple functional areas of ERP Business Processes
• Strong proficiency in Dynamics 365 FinOps HR module its related best practices
• High impact Communication skills
