About the team:

What you will be doing:
• Develop and maintain manual or automated test scripts, tools, and datasets needed to execute test plans.
• Perform usability testing for system performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Effectively communicate testing activities and findings through oral and written methods.
• Manage and control your own daily testing activities.
• Provide internal quality assurance and support the test lead in identifying risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
• Organize and maintain the test script library.
What you bring:
• 7 to 10 years of experience in software testing, including functional, ETL, and database testing. Knowledge of the banking domain is a plus.
• Experience in automation and manual testing, with knowledge of performance testing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle test plan and test case design independently.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
• Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment, collaborating closely with developers and testing personnel.
• Hands-on experience with any automation tools is beneficial.
Added bonus if you have:
• Hands-on experience with SAFe/Agile Scrum.
• Knowledge of TestRail and Rally.
• Expertise in any automation framework.
