Job Description
To design, develop, test, deploy and support Oracle ebusiness Suite HRMS modules to enable clients meet their Process and System automation requirements.
Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or an equivalent. • Enterprise Application Implementation Certification required.
Minimum Experience: • Minimum 1 full cycle implementations and support including requirement gathering, design, development, testing. • Good knowledge of and interaction with any tool utilizing the ITIL framework for managing tickets, changes and interactions. • 4-6 years industry experience.
Job Specific Skills: • Very Strong HRMS Functional Knowledge around Core HRMS, Employee/Manager Self-service ,Absence Management, Payroll and Benefits, Interface, Workflow and AME• Very Good Presentation and Documentation Skills • Maintaining/enhancing the Current Oracle HRMS system • Ongoing support and maintenance of the system/system configuration. Including patching, testing and training activities• Changes to system configuration based on changes/addition to process and the HR data model, The HR service delivery model or regulatory requirement • Identify/ Translating HR and business need into system design and configuration • Strong Presentation and Documentation Skills. • Ability to converse confidently, clearly and respectfully.
Engagement Specific Skills • Understand the business requirements, Capture functional and technical requirements translate them into the Oracle HRMS module requirement and integrate with technical team • Configures the system, tests the solution with user• Basic SQL knowledge • System Administration role for business user and support team management
