Job Description – Fund Accountant: · Proficiency in understanding and processing of taxable and tax-exempt Cash dividends. · Calculating conversion rate of currencies based on Exchange rate provided by the Company while announcing Cash dividends to Shareholders. · Have knowledge of reading SWIFT messages received from Agent and processing the events as per SWIFT message. · Full-fledge Knowledge on processing Interest payments of Bonds issued by the Company, redeeming bonds, partially redeeming bonds and Redeeming bonds Early from bondholders by the Company prior to the maturity date announced at the time of issuing bonds. · Handling events like Liquidation, Executing Cheque payments and Announcing Rights issue to the existing clients of a Company. · Ability in doing Mandatory with Choice events like Dividend Options, Dividend Reinvestment Plan. · Expertise in Processing REITS announcements like Taxable and Tax-Exempt Cash dividends, Dividend Options. · Experienced in processing Capital Distribution and Other Gains Distribution. · Proficient in doing Record date reconciliation and adjusting Eligibility in Record date reconciliation. · Performing Notification Reconciliation and Checking whether notification generated to client or not. Good knowledge on NAV Calculations, Reconciliation, corporate actions, capital market, fixed income, paydown Timings - 1.30pm to 10.30pm Education - Graduation - Fulltime
